On December 5, 2024, the 7th "Deep Sea Energy Conference" grandly opened in Haikou. This year’s conference, themed "Strengthening Scientific and Technological Innovation to Develop Deep Sea Energy Resources," gathered hundreds of industry experts, scholars, and representatives from government and enterprises to share insights on advancing the high-quality development of the marine economy.
The conference was co-hosted by the Hainan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, and the China Association of Marine Engineering Consultants. It was jointly organized by the China Ocean Development Research Association, the China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association, and the Hainan Provincial Marine Economy Development and Resource Protection Research Institute. Zhongchen Yuanyuan (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. served as the event’s organizer.
